Certified Sexological Bodywork, Doula, Postpartum Healer, Trauma-Informed Professional

I have a certification as a Sexological Bodyworker at the Sea School of Embodiment in England, UK, and have trained under Continuum Doulas (Frome, UK) as a birth doula, a special framework providing more holistic and complete birth support. But my training goes further than the normal ins and outs of certification.

My ultimate goal is to support you, your body, your sexuality, and your pleasure through every phase of life–that means I’m here to provide well-rounded support. I’m trained in both structural manipulation and anatomical interval pelvic floor work (Lynn Schult Birth Healing Institute Training) as well as trained in Couples Therapy Techniques (Gottman Institute). Presently, I’m training with well-known sexological bodyworker Kimberly Johson to host Mother’s Circles with the ambition to alter mother culture.

I proudly incorporate trauma-informed and client-led bodywork into my Doula and Somatic Sex Education sessions to help my clients to find pleasure and empowerment in their relationship with their body, sexuality, and self.

Above all, I want to help you find comfort in your body, confidence within yourself, and attunement to your desires and your pleasure. Because it’s that pleasure that sets the pace for your life, acting as a compass that directs you toward all the amazing, fulfilling things this world has to offer.
