It is important that we understand and collaborate with our souls so that we can live freely and in flow. We can be more accepting of what life is bringing to us, both the good and the bad. When we are sensitive enough to feel what is in our emotional and physical bodies, we become good at it. We become good at feeling, no longer good at hiding. Emotions of grief, shame, anger, overwhelm, fear, loneliness, and devastation are feelings we tend to judge. We tend to try to reason with them. We don’t like. But that gets in the way of feeling them long enough so that they lose their electrical and energetic charge. Then we don’t need them anymore. We have felt them long enough to know they are for bringing us closer to ourselves, our wisdom, and our own beautiful world. And when we do that, we no longer have judgement around who we truly are and what we believe we deserve to create. Namaste.
